How do I register my boat?
Online through the member portal: upload a photo of the boat and current insurance, the board reviews it, and your sticker is ready at the ramp box - usually within a couple of days.
When are dues billed?
Statements go out each spring. Pay online by card or bank transfer, or mail a check to the lockbox on your statement.
Can guests use the lake?
Yes, with a member present. Guest boats need a temporary permit - request one through the portal.
How do I reserve the pavilion?
Through the portal calendar under Reservations. Member events are first come, first served.
Who do I call about a violation or concern?
Report it through the portal so it is documented and tracked - the board reviews every report.
How do I get a gate code or cart tag?
Gate access and cart tags are issued with your membership through the portal - same place you registered your boat.
Is there an office I can visit?
No - and that is on purpose. Everything the office used to do happens on this site and in the portal, any hour you like. For anything the site cannot answer, the contact page reaches the board directly.
How do I get on the member directory?
Log in to the portal and update your household profile - you choose what the directory shows. Lot number and name at minimum, more if you like.
